Refund Eligibility

Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel their scheduled cleaning service up to 48 hours before the agreed service time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Service Dissatisfaction: We take pride in our work and strive to exceed expectations. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, please report the issue within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate the complaint, and if we find that the service did not meet our standards, we offer the choice of a complimentary re-clean of the specified area or a partial refund. Damage Claims: In the unlikely event our services cause damage, please report the incident within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and, if deemed responsible, will arrange for repair, replacement, or compensation as appropriate.

Refund Process

To request a refund or re-clean, please contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing details of your service and the reasons for dissatisfaction.

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

RoharaSparkle Cleaning Services Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund or re-clean in cases of repeated complaints or misuse of our refund policy.
